About the Doctor
Dr. Ali Borhan is a board-certified urologist based in Scottsdale and Phoenix, Arizona. Originally from New York, he attended Cornell University and earned his medical degree from Albany Medical College, where he was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He completed his residency in Surgery and Urology at the University of Rochester and was among the first urologists in the country to receive advanced training in robotic and minimally invasive surgical techniques.
As a pioneer in robotic urological surgery, Dr. Borhan has one of the largest case volumes in Arizona. He regularly trains other surgeons across the West Coast in robotic and laparoscopic techniques and is well known for his commitment to patient care that is rooted in compassion, integrity, and accessibility.
