About the Doctor
Dr. Afshin Ehsan is a board-certified cardiothoracic surgeon and one of the leading experts in advanced cardiovascular care in the United States. He currently serves as the Chief of Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery and Co-Director of the Cardiovascular Institute at Baylor Scott & White Health in Temple, Texas. He is also a Professor of Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine, where he plays a key role in both clinical leadership and academic training.
