Seyedbagher Tabatabaei

Dr. Tabatabaei is a highly accomplished Iranian physician specializing in cardiology, interventional cardiology, and internal medicine. Based in the United Arab Emirates, he brings over 20 years of experience as a senior consultant and associate professor of cardiovascular medicine in both Europe and the Middle East.

After completing his high school diploma in Frankfurt, Germany, Dr. Tabatabaei graduated from the School of Medicine at Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt. His PhD dissertation focused on advanced cardiovascular research, specifically the myocardial function in patients with congestive heart failure (CHF) before and after heart transplantation. His work contributed to a deeper understanding of cardiac recovery and transplant outcomes.

Throughout his academic and clinical journey, Dr. Tabatabaei has co-authored several research publications in renowned medical journals, reflecting his active role in international cardiovascular research.

Following his graduation, he underwent intensive training in internal medicine at the University Hospital of Bonn, Germany. This training covered all subfields of internal medicine, with a particular emphasis on cardiovascular and intensive care medicine. After earning his board certification in internal medicine, Dr. Tabatabaei pursued an additional 3-year fellowship in cardiology and interventional cardiology at the University Hospital in Frankfurt, where he also obtained board certification in emergency and urgent medicine.
